Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a 360 marketing strategy aligned with business goals and growth targets.
  • Own and evolve the firm's brand identity, messaging, and voice across all channels.
  • Build, manage, and scale internal and external marketing resources.

Digital Marketing Oversight

  • Lead strategy for all digital marketing efforts: website, SEO, PPC, content marketing, lead generation.
  • Guide UX improvements, funnel building, and automation systems with marketing performance in mind.
  • Manage content planning across blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and digital video.

AI Integration & Innovation

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing efficiency, personalization, content creation, and data analysis.
  • Stay ahead of marketing AI trends (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, Surfer SEO, etc.).
  • Must be a high-level AI user and prompt engineer - able to efficiently produce, refine, and repurpose content, develop workflows, and experiment with AI-driven campaigns.

PR & Communications

  • Develop and manage media relationships and secure earned media placements.
  • Lead strategic communications efforts including thought leadership, press releases, and speaking opportunities.

Social Media & Content

  • Build and maintain a content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Supervise production of original content, including video, short-form posts, blog articles, and case studies.
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and high production value across all media.

Physical / Traditional Marketing

  • Plan and manage local marketing efforts including mailers, signage, events, and sponsorships.
  • Tailor outreach for geography, demographics, and specific practice areas.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Develop reporting systems for KPIs, ROI tracking, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data to drive decision-making and iterate on campaign strategies.
  • Present monthly and quarterly insights to senior leadership.


Qualifications:


Required:

  • 7-12+ years of experience in marketing leadership, ideally within a law firm or professional services.
  • Expertise across digital marketing, content, brand development, and team management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build marketing infrastructure from scratch or scale an underdeveloped department.
  • AI-powered content and marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer, Copy.ai, Midjourney)
  • CRM and marketing automation systems (SalesForce, HubSpot or equivalent)
  • Website CMS (WordPress, Webflow)
  • Analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Paid media reporting tools (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Prompt engineering for generating and refining content with AI
  • Ability to lead and coach others in adopting AI into marketing workflows.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Legal industry or professional services marketing experience
  • Experience producing video, podcast, or audio-visual content
  • SEO or technical writing background
