Position Summary
888 VoIP is a technology-focused distribution company seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing. This individual will lead all marketing efforts, focusing on demand generation, brand management, digital engagement, and partner marketing. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration across departments to drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and support the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and social media
- Lead demand generation campaigns to support sales growth and partner engagement
- Manage content strategy across blogs, collateral, email, and social channels
- Plan and execute partner marketing programs and co-branded initiatives
- Coordinate and manage tradeshows, webinars, and other industry events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership to align go-to-market plans
- Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI to optimize efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within distribution, B2B, or technology industries
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing marketing team
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, platforms, and performance measurement
- Exceptional communication and project management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Experience
- 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Experience leading multi-channel campaigns and integrated marketing strategies
- Experience working with vendors, channel partners, and/or co-branded initiatives
- Strong background in data-driven marketing, including KPI tracking and ROI reporting
- EOS experience is a plus
