We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Marketing Manager to join our team, specializing in the luxury market. The ideal candidate will excel in event planning, public relations, and marketing, demonstrating the ability to self-manage while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our community and client relations.
Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinates marketing department in all areas including, events, advertising, communications, collateral, digital marketing and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of our marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with our digital and brand marketing teams.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tailored to the luxury market.
- Plan, organize, and oversee high-end events that align with our brand image.
- Manage brand efforts to enhance our presence and reputation.
- Continuously seek and implement opportunities to improve relationships with both the community and our clientele.
Qualifications:
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, energetic and highly organized and ability to work independently.
• Must be able to work extra hours for event support and coordination
• Proven experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on event planning and brand image
• Strong track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to enhance community and client engagement.
• College degree in Public Relations or Marketing preferred
• Three to four years of experience in a fast-paced position in marketing, event planning or a closely related field
• Proficient in Social media outlets
Compensation:
Salary with full health benefits, 401K matching and life insurance. The position also includes 15 paid days off.
General:
• Reports to Director of Marketing and Store Managers
• Full-time position, Mon-Fri 9am- 5:30pm with extra hours for event
