About The Role
This role is for an experienced Marketing Director who will lead the entire marketing department, craft and execute full-funnel strategies, and scale Hot Fuego's client results across global markets. You will directly manage a team of digital marketers, brand strategists, content creators, and marketing analysts, ensuring Hot Fuego remains a category leader in ROI-driven marketing.
What You'll Do
Strategic Planning & Execution
o Lead cross-channel marketing strategy development (SEO, paid ads, social media, email, content, branding).
o Own and drive quarterly/annual marketing plans, growth metrics, and campaign objectives.
o Partner with executive leadership to align marketing objectives with company goals.
Team Leadership & Development
o Manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketers, setting clear KPIs and professional growth plans.
o Collaborate across departments (PR, Sales, Client Strategy) to ensure integrated campaign execution.
o Recruit and develop top talent to scale marketing operations across India and the U.S.
Digital Marketing Oversight
o Oversee performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
o Optimize SEO/SEM strategy to drive organic growth and lead acquisition.
o Evaluate emerging tools, platforms, and automation to improve efficiency.
Creative Direction & Brand Strategy
o Champion the creative process-from concept to launch-ensuring content is consistent, innovative, and on-brand.
o Guide brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all campaigns and channels.
o Supervise storytelling across video, copy, web, and social.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
o Analyze marketing performance using dashboards and attribution models.
o Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership with clarity and impact.
o Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and continual campaign improvement.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
o Act as a marketing advisor to top-tier clients, guiding strategy, messaging, and execution.
o Represent Hot Fuego in client pitches, internal reviews, and public events.
o Cultivate long-term relationships that fuel referrals and organic growth.
Who You Are
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a digital marketing team.
Proven experience developing full-funnel campaigns, scaling results, and leading data-driven strategies.
Deep expertise in paid media, SEO, web strategy, branding, and marketing analytics.
Strong leadership and communication skills; thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
High emotional intelligence with a collaborative leadership style.
Expert in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, HubSpot, and modern marketing stacks.
Self-motivated, organized, creative, and relentlessly performance-driven.
Possess a Master's Degree (or MBA, etc.) in a marketing-related field of study.

Compensation
Salary range starting at 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 per year DOE.
Compensation is based on experience, performance, and leadership impact. Pay raises and bonuses are available based on key metrics and results.
Full-time Position
This position is full-time. Work will be performed almost always in office but some work from home allowed as/when required. Hot Fuego employees must have sufficient internet bandwidth at home capable of conducting frequent video meetings (i.e., Microsoft Teams Meetings, or similar) to be permitted to work from home. Otherwise, work will be required from the office only.
