The Director of Marketing will lead all marketing initiatives and brand development efforts for our client, a financial investment firm. The Director will craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across digital and traditional platforms, strengthening our brand presence in the community and positioning the firm as the premier wealth management firm for discerning investors.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Managing Partners and Key Financial Advisors to generate leads and drive overall firm growth.
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that supports the firm's long-term vision and short-term objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison with our external digital marketing agency.
- Craft a compelling value proposition across all marketing materials.
- Build relationships with firm leaders, key Centers of Influence (COIs), and external organizations.
- Oversee all aspects of online and offline marketing, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
- Coordinate high-quality marketing content creation to showcase the firm's thought leadership.
- Collaborate with the Advisory Team to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Manage the firm's website, implementing SEO best practices.
- Plan client appreciation events and gather feedback through satisfaction surveys.
- Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance for continuous improvement.
- Research new marketing opportunities and conduct due diligence on vendors.
- Manage the firm's marketing budget efficiently.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within a professional services firm.
- A strong desire to thrive in a small-company, entrepreneurial environment.
- A proven track record of successful marketing strategies and plans.
- Experience in public relations, media communications, and event planning.
- Strong creative writing skills and confident presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, video production, graphic design, and website management.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
