Now, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our growth initiatives and help us scale to $5M+ in revenue over the next 3 years. This is a pivotal role for a self-starter who is passionate about both strategic marketing and making a tangible impact on people's lives.

What You'll Own & Impact:

As our Marketing Director, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and optimizing our customer acquisition funnel. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fix Our Current Challenge: Swiftly analyze and restore our appointment conversion rates from 20% back to 30%+ within the first 90 days.
  • Scale Lead Generation: Strategize, build, and manage multiple new lead sources and channels beyond our existing Facebook Ads, expanding our reach to federal employees.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing systems that directly support our ambitious goal of 25%+ annual revenue growth.
  • Build Your Team: As we continue to expand, you will have the opportunity to recruit, hire, and manage a team of marketing specialists, fostering a high-performing marketing department.
  • Own the Numbers: Be the go-to expert for marketing analytics. You will continuously track, analyze, and optimize our entire marketing funnel for maximum ROI and efficiency.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills & Experience):

We are seeking a proactive leader with a proven track record of success.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on marketing experience with demonstrated, measurable results in increasing conversion rates.
  • Agency Management Experience: Proven ability to effectively manage and collaborate with digital advertising partners and external vendors.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You are highly analytical, comfortable living in spreadsheets, and passionate about analyzing performance metrics to inform decisions.
  • B2B Lead Generation Experience: Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads, preferably within professional services or financial advisory.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: You proactively identify problems, propose solutions, and take initiative without extensive oversight.
  • Growth Ambition: A strong desire to build something significant and drive exponential growth, rather than simply maintaining the status quo.

Bonus Points For:

  • Financial services or government contractor experience.
  • Proficiency with Zoho CRM or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with content marketing strategies and webinar promotion/execution.
  • Direct experience scaling companies from $1M to $5M+ in revenue.
