Location: Onsite in De Pere, WI
Compensation: $110,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience

Job Description
Our client, a leading manufacturer of desks, tables, workstations, storage, and seating solutions, serves a range of industries including K-12 education, commercial, healthcare, and food service. They are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead a dynamic team and drive innovative, multi-brand strategies that fuel brand awareness, increase market share, and support business growth. This is a full-time, onsite role managing a team of 7-8 marketing professionals, including a Creative Manager, Email Marketer, Web Designers, and Copywriters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans for new product launches.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and implement brand growth strategies focused on expanding awareness and deepening customer engagement.
- Set and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop initiatives to increase product ratings and reviews across key digital platforms.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, approving major expenses and adjusting spend to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Ensure consistent, effective communication across all marketing channels and adapt strategies based on consumer insights and market trends.
- Oversee all digital marketing programs including websites, email campaigns, and social media.
- Manage trademarks, patents, and brand-related legal applications and documentation.
- Conduct market research to inform campaign strategy, product positioning, and business development.
- Leverage analytics and insights to optimize performance and support data-driven decisions.
- Monitor consumer feedback to identify opportunities for product or messaging improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, e-commerce, sales, customer service) to maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Support trade show and event strategy, coordinating logistics and marketing support for national and regional industry events.
- Partner with sales to develop marketing assets such as PowerPoint decks and distributor presentations.
- Travel up to 25% to attend events, trade shows, and visit company locations.
Team Leadership Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle-from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and development-aligned with company values and culture.
- Set clear expectations for team goals, roles, and schedules.
- Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and annual reviews to support professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and respectful team culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Monitor departmental productivity and lead initiatives to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 7+ years of B2B digital marketing leadership experience, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and catalog marketing.
- 5+ years of experience managing marketing teams across locations.
- Proven track record working with national dealer networks (strongly preferred).
- Experience managing a multi-million-dollar marketing budget.
- Demonstrated ability to unify and promote similar product lines through cohesive marketing strategies.
- Proficient in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canto (DAM), Smartsheet, InDesign/FlippingBook, and MS Office Suite.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on project management experience.
