A full time Director of Marketing is needed for a leading apparel (Womens/Mens Baby), accessories and home company. This role will lead the brand's marketing strategy, drive growth, and enhance brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and business objectives.
- Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging to maintain consistency across all channels.
- Lead marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and experiential marketing.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and product storytelling.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through data-driven marketing efforts.
- Responsible for photoshoots, leading production to develop seasonal lifestyle campaigns and e-commerce photoshoots.
- Manage and optimize the brand's e-commerce presence to maximize sales and conversion rates.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key media, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership.
- Proven track record of successful brand growth and customer engagement.
- Expertise in social media, e-commerce, and paid advertising.
- Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market trends.
- Exceptional storytelling and brand positioning skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing, PR, and strategic partnerships.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
