Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Design
Produce high-quality flyers, email campaigns, offering memoranda, and social media content
Create/edit property videos and broker/team spotlight reels
Design templates and marketing collateral consistent with brand standards
Manage and optimize SEO for listings, website pages, and blog content
Post and syndicate property listings across platforms (CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi, etc.)
Schedule and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels
- Email Marketing & Syndication
Build and distribute branded email campaigns via platforms like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Buildout
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements for open and click rates
- Project Management & Broker Support
Coordinate marketing timelines for property launches and renewals
Work directly with producers to ensure materials meet client and property-specific needs
Maintain marketing assets and organize listing data, imagery, and approvals
Analyze and report on marketing effectiveness
Recommend improvements and stay up to date on trends in commercial real estate marketing
Qualifications
- 3+ years in a marketing role, within real estate or a related industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, and MS Office
- Experience with marketing platforms like Buildout, CoStar, Constant Contact, and HubSpot
- Understanding of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and CRM systems
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and collaborative with a sharp attention to detail
- Content Strategy and Content Management skills
- Experience in Content Development and Web Content Writing
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry is required
