Requisition Summary This position is responsible for implementing Six Sigma tools and methodologies acrossthe PACCAR Parts Division (PPD) Marketing organization to drive Continuous Improvement (CI) and Strategic Initiatives. Primary responsibilities include providing structure and direction to the Marketing organization, facilitating project completion, developing successful belts, and tracking division KPIs to ensure objectives are met. Job Functions / Responsibilities Apply Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methods to improve process performance and eliminate defects/waste Ensure project alignment with Marketing objectives and the long-term strategic roadmap Own the Marketing CI project portfolio, providing tracking, analysis and feedback to management on division KPIs Contribute to the planning and implementation of six sigma training programs, including potential instruction of formal classes. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $96,700 - $136,290 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
