Work Location: Mythic is headquartered in Charlotte, NC; highly qualified candidates may be considered for fully remote roles.
Mythic employees are expected to work from 9:00am-5:30pm, but may also require evenings and weekends as client needs dictate. Must be authorized to work in the US without corporate assistance. Must be located in the US.

Job Summary: Mythic is seeking an experienced marketing data analyst with 5-7 years of expertise in marketing automation, data transformation, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and be proficient in building dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence. This role requires experience integrating data from platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, and GA4 to uncover actionable insights. We're looking for someone who can analyze complex datasets and translate findings into strategies that drive business growth. A strong problem-solving mindset, technical versatility, and experience supporting CRM implementations and marketing operations are essential.
Duties / Responsibilities: - Utilize advanced SQL, python, html, css and javascript skills to organize, extract, and analyze data, providing actionable marketing insights.
- Design and maintain dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, consolidating data from multiple sources like HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, Listrak, and GA4.
- Bring multiple sources of data together to tell an informed story.
- Conduct analysis using reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, Datorama, etc.
- Use data to identify trends and opportunities, translating findings into strategies that drive business growth.
- Transform data appropriately to prepare for marketing campaign execution, reporting and analytics.
- Participate in CRM implementation projects - helping to develop data architecture for new marketing initiatives.
Required Skills / Abilities: - Extensive experience with SQL and/or Python for data organization and extraction.
- Experience with and understanding of HTML, CSS, javascrip, json, VB coding and with tools like MS Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, Visual Studio Code, etc.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence,or similar tool, including dashboard creation and data integration from various sources.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and systems as needed.
- Problem solver mentality - well versed in getting creative to find answers to tough data questions.
Education / Experience: - Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business analytics or related experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing automation, data transformation, and/or marketing analytics.
Physical Requirements: - Sedentary work that primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk
- Light work that could include carrying 5 pounds
- Keyboarding
