Marketing Data Coordinator

Come join our growing Marketing Department as a Marketing Data Coordinator. Goodheart-Willcox Publisher, Experts in Career and Technical Education (CTE) and an employee-owned company, is seeking a Marketing Data Coordinator who will support Product Marketing and Marketing Communications in collecting, organizing, and reporting on data to support decision-making and go-to-market strategy. This role also works heavily in Microsoft Excel to keep prospect contact information up to date and organized.

Our compensation is market based and takes into account a variety of factors including the candidate's skill set, experience level, internal equity, and location. For this position, we anticipate the starting salary falling between $44,000 and $54,000 per year. In addition, the company makes a 10% contribution to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan and a 4% matching contribution to the 401(k).

What you'll do:
  • Build marketing automation workflows in HubSpot and document automated campaigns.
  • Pull and organize contact data for upload into HubSpot marketing software.
  • Manage third-party list-building activities and conduct contact research as needed.
  • Research and report on market data, including competitive pricing, press releases, adoption reports, and state updates.
  • Analyze current gaps or trends in marketing data, and sales win/loss debriefs.
  • Campaign A/B Testing in HubSpot.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or information technology required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of either direct work or internship experience in marketing or sales required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Passion for efficient and accurate spreadsheets and database management.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal organizational skills.
  • Experience in marketing, e-mail, and database management a plus.
  • Experience with CRM usage is a plus.
