All-Star Sports is a premier organization in the youth sports industry, focused on training, tournaments, and athlete development. We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst Intern to support our marketing team by analyzing data, tracking campaign performance, and providing insights to optimize our strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze marketing data from various channels (social media, email, website, etc.).

• Track and report key performance metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

• Assist in A/B testing and performance evaluations of marketing campaigns.

• Help create dashboards and visual reports to communicate findings.

• Support audience segmentation and targeting strategies.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Research industry trends and competitor performance.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
