THE OPPORTUNITY: In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data from various channels across the organization to drive brand strategies, understand product and sales trends, and identify and predict customer behaviors. You will work closely with the brand management team, providing valuable insights that fuel strategic decisions, enhance brand positioning, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Analyze brand health metrics, such as brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty, to evaluate brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
- Evaluate product sales, usage, and performance across various markets and segments.
- Track sales trends, competitor activity, and overall market dynamics to inform brand strategy and identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Design and build monthly dashboards that monitor and summarize sales figures, marketing campaign tactics, brand health, and customer data metrics.
- Fulfill requests of ad hoc analyses by synthesizing data to create easy-to-understand reports using BI tools.
- Support the implementation of data integration in acquisition due diligence processes and portfolio preparation to help the organization evaluate potential new target companies to acquire
- Own the end-to-end process of data quality improvement by creating reports to identify data anomalies, designing data quality process.
- Lead B2B contact and company data acquisition initiatives.
- Document deployed data and business process and improvement opportunities
- Oversee the strategy, execution, performance, and effectiveness of our direct mail programs for multiple brands.
- Oversee list management from various sources and audit list processing outputs to ensure mail lists are of high quality and accuracy
- Structure reports and models (e.g. ROI analytics, RFM) with external analytics partners on direct mail responses measurement and customer segmentation.
YOU'LL BRING: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing analytics, data analysis, or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong experience with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, with an ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
