Job purpose: The Marketing Data Analyst at the Food Allergy Institute is responsible for harnessing and interpreting data across platforms-including HubSpot, Salesforce, RingCentral, Google Analytics, and social ad platforms-to deliver insights that improve both customer acquisition and patient satisfaction. Acting as a cross-functional strategist, this individual partners with Marketing, Sales, Patient Experience, and Operations teams to optimize performance marketing campaigns, strengthen communication workflows, and enhance the patient journey from inquiry to remission.

This role requires strong analytical skills, marketing funnel expertise, technical aptitude in data tools, and the ability to present complex data in ways that inform business decisions and drive measurable results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales Funnel Analysis

  1. Analyze and report on all stages of the funnel: impressions, clicks, leads, MQLs, SQLs, enrollments, and retention.
  2. Identify bottlenecks and drop-off points across the funnel and provide data-driven recommendations to improve throughput and conversion.
  3. Proactively surface trends, outliers, and performance gaps across channels, campaigns, and audience segments.
  4. Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to run cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and conversion funnel assessments.
Data Collection & Dashboard Development
  1. Collect and clean data from HubSpot, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Analytics.
  2. Aggregate and standardize data from Salesforce (CRM) and RingCentral (call/contact center) platforms.
  3. Build and maintain custom dashboards using Google Looker Studio, HubSpot, Excel, or BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  4. Develop and maintain data pipelines or coordinate with engineering/IT for API and ETL integrations.
Testing & Campaign Optimization
  1. Design and analyze A/B tests for landing pages, ad messaging, and communication strategies.
  2. Report on test significance, business impact, and provide actionable recommendations.
  3. Assist in tracking infrastructure setup including UTM tagging, event tracking, and CRM-platform sync.
Patient Experience & Communication Insights
  1. Analyze call center KPIs (e.g., wait time, abandonment, CSAT) using RingCentral.
  2. Create voice-of-customer reports using call transcripts, surveys, and feedback tools.
  3. Develop predictive models (e.g., churn, no-show risk) to improve patient retention and care delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy
  1. Work with Patient Coordinators, Navigators, and Clinical Liaisons to contextualize data insights with operational challenges.
  2. Present visualized insights to the Executive Team to inform strategy and resource allocation.
  3. Support marketing and operations in aligning goals using data-backed performance indicators.
Data Governance & Compliance
  1. Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with HIPAA and internal standards.
  2. Establish consistent data taxonomy, tagging protocols, and platform interoperability guidelines.
  3. Maintain internal documentation of data sources, transformation logic, and dashboard instructions.
  4. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing operations, or customer experience optimization.
  3. Strong proficiency in tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, RingCentral, Google Analytics, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
  4. Advanced Excel skills and solid experience with SQL; working knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
  5. Experience with marketing funnels, digital advertising performance, and CRM data.
  6. Prior experience in healthcare or a regulated industry is strongly preferred.
