Sinclair Prosser Gasior is an estate planning law firm headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and help drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role plays a critical part in coordinating events/seminars and webinars, project managing timelines and asset delivery, and supporting the Marketing Director in executing integrated marketing campaigns. The candidate must exhibit friendly, professional, and poised attitude, with strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Power Point, and the AAEPA marketing system.


Responsibilities

Seminar & Webinar Coordination:

Organize and execute virtual and in-person events, including scheduling speakers, venue coordination, updating marketing materials and calendaring appointments for prospect clients.


Content Development & Coordination:

Develop and schedule compelling event invitations, advertisements, articles, blog posts, and email campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.


Mailing Management:

Oversee the preparation and distribution of targeted prospect and client mailings to ensure timely and effective communication.


Database Management:

Maintain and manage email marketing databases using CounselPro and Mailchimp, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for personalized outreach.


Community Outreach

Assist with referral marketing and community outreach efforts, including coordinating events, identifying rainmakers and community events.


Team Support:

Provide day-to-day support to the Marketing Director, assisting with campaign execution, reporting, and administrative tasks as needed.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM systems and webinar platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
