Kennedy Jenks is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator with experience in the A/E/C industry to support and coordinate business development efforts across the country. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineers, scientists, and marketing colleagues to lead proposal efforts, support interviews and presentations, and contribute to the success of strategic pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal & Pursuit Coordination
    • Lead the collection, organization, and development of proposal and SOQ materials
    • Coordinate pursuit schedules, deadlines, and responsibilities across teams
    • Draft content for proposals, including team qualifications, relevant experience, and project approach
    • Facilitate internal review processes, including Red Team reviews
    • Support strategy discussions and help shape winning pursuit approaches
  • Interview & Presentation Support
    • Prepare interview materials such as PowerPoint slides, presentation boards, and handouts
    • Assist with scheduling, logistics, and coaching for presentation teams
    • Provide hands-on support from planning through delivery
  • Marketing Administration & Planning
    • Maintain pursuit databases and the business development pipeline
    • Support the organization of special events and industry conferences
    • Assist with the annual business development planning process
    • Stay informed about KJ's markets, clients, and competitors to support pursuit planning
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry or proposal coordination in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • Strong writing, editing, and marketing skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation:

Salary range for this position is expected to be between $69,500 and $78,500, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, licensure/certifications, and geographic location.
