JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Marketing Coordinator for Cole West, you will play a critical role in promoting the Cole West brand, generating leads, increasing sales office traffic, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position requires a blend of creativity, digital proficiency, and operational support to implement and monitor marketing initiatives effectively.

DUTIES:
  • Collaborate on the design and content creation of marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives via MailChimp, social media platforms, MLS, and Zillow.
  • Assist in managing SEO efforts and digital paid advertising strategies.
  • Oversee and maintain content updates for the website, Zillow, MLS, and social media channels.
  • Coordinate with partners for home photoshoots, furniture staging, cleanings, and related activities.
  • Maintain and update marketing collaterals to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
  • Support model home setups, ongoing maintenance, and field activities as needed.
  • Plan and manage special events, including occasional evening and weekend commitments.
  • Track and analyze traffic sources, including media campaigns, signage, referrals, and other channels, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Coordinate social and digital marketing campaigns to engage target audiences effectively.
  • Ensure sales offices and model homes are presented professionally and equipped with appropriate signage.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, including handling credit card reports and invoices.
  • Attend weekly marketing meetings and contribute to agenda creation.
  • Prepare and deliver reports alongside the Marketing Manager for the executive team.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to maintain accurate buyer profiles and customer data.
EXPERIENCE:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Mailchimp
  • Basic understanding of graphic design required
  • Proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
  • Good judgement, decision making and forward thinking
  • Must be efficient, detail oriented and a quick learner
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor, ability to work as a team
  • Initiative-taker with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to engage in manual labor tasks as needed to support marketing and event activities.
