In this role, you will:
You will support the Marketing Director and brokerage team in the following:
- Assist in creating high-quality marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
- Design brochures, site plans, maps, and digital marketing assets
- Manage and maintain online property listings (CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi, Colliers website)
- Create email campaigns and social media content
- Maintain and grow Colliers Savannah's social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X)
- Coordinate property photography, signage, and promotional items
- Support property tours and client presentations
- Organize broker events and networking functions
- Prepare sale and lease agreements, requests for proposals, letters of intent, etc.
- Coordinate news stories, press releases, property/company advertisements, and market updates with the media
What you'll bring:
- 1-3+ years of marketing and/or graphic design experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)
- Experience with social media and email marketing platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- A customer-service mindset and the ability to work independently
