Role Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator (Tech & Operations) to support marketing coordination, automations, website updates, and campaign systems. If you're the type who enjoys exploring new digital tools, solving process problems, and bringing order to fast-moving projects, you'll thrive in this role.

What You'll Do
  • Execute marketing campaigns from start to finish-helping plan, launch, and track full-funnel initiatives across platforms with support from the broader team
  • Execute digital ad campaigns by managing targeting, pixel setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking across platforms like Meta, Google, and programmatic tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, creatives, vendors, and clients to support marketing projects
  • Manage internal communications, meeting scheduling, and campaign logistics
  • Build and manage marketing workflows in Zapier and similar platforms
  • Support website updates and content via Webflow
  • Help implement AI-assisted workflows and tech tools
  • Maintain documentation, project trackers, and digital assets
What You Bring
  • 1-3 years of experience (or strong internship background) in digital marketing, operations, or marketing tech
  • Self-starter with a love of learning and solving problems
  • Passion for automation/AI and driven by streamlining workflows
  • Basic familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or programmatic platforms
  • Tech-minded with strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Knowledge of tools like Webflow, Zapier, Slack, Asana, and Google Workspace
Compensation: $30.00 per hour (non-exempt, full-time)

This position is on-site at our San Diego office. Remote work is not available.
