Role Overview

We're looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator (Content & Social Media) to support our marketing team with content planning, social media execution, and digital campaign coordination. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys writing, managing content calendars, using AI to draft content, and collaborating with designers and stakeholders to bring brand stories to life.

What You'll Do
  • Execute marketing campaigns from start to finish-helping plan, launch, and track full-funnel initiatives across platforms with support from the broader team
  • Execute digital ad campaigns by managing targeting, pixel setup, A/B testing, and performance tracking across platforms like Meta, Google, and programmatic tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, creatives, vendors, and clients to support marketing projects
  • Manage internal communications, meeting scheduling, and campaign logistics
  • Draft and schedule social media content across platforms
  • Use tools like Hootsuite and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to scale content production
  • Maintain content calendars and coordinate approvals
  • Keep brand assets and documentation organized
What You Bring
  • 1-3 years of experience (or strong internship background) in marketing, content, or digital communications
  • Self-starter with a love of learning and solving problems
  • Experience in Meta/Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or programmatic platforms
  • Basic familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Enhance already excellent copywriting and editing skills through use of AI
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Passion for using AI to enhance creative workflows
  • Ability to multitask and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Knowledge of scheduling and reporting tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or Later
Compensation: $30.00 per hour (non-exempt, full-time)

This position is on-site at our San Diego office. Remote work is not available.
