Responsibilities

• Tracking the effectiveness of campaigns using analytics tools

• Preparing reports on metrics like engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI

• Managing social media accounts by creating posts, scheduling content, and engaging with the audience

• Writing, editing, and proofreading content for websites, social media, emails, brochures, or blogs

• Serve as the main contact for high-level executive

• Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive

Qualifications

• Excellent writing skills, ability to create marketing materials both written and verbal.

• Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines

• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills

• At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties
