Position Summary


The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting two distinct ministries: the Celebrate Recovery Store and . This hybrid role combines creative content development with project coordination to execute marketing campaigns across e-commerce, email, social media, and ministry events.

The coordinator will help engage ministry leaders through while also serving customers of the Celebrate Recovery Store. The ideal candidate is both organized and creative, with a heart for ministry and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Content Coordination


  1. Maintain a detailed marketing calendar to align product promotions, campaigns, and ministry initiatives.
  2. Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including product launches, key ministry events, and seasonal promotions.
  3. Collaborate with directors and ministry leaders to align messaging with strategic goals.

Content Creation & Copywriting


  1. Distribute engaging, faith-aligned content for email campaigns, launch product descriptions, digital ads, and create/post social media.
  2. Ensure all messaging reflects the tone and mission of Celebrate Recovery and / Healthy Church.

Graphic Design & Visual Content


  1. Design graphics using Canva or similar tools for social media, emails, product promotions, and ministry visuals.
  2. Uphold brand consistency across all visual communications.

Social Media Management


  1. Schedule and post content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), and monitor engagement.
  2. Support paid ad campaigns and respond to inquiries or comments as appropriate.

Email Marketing


  1. Assist in the execution of email campaigns via tools like ActiveCampaign, and monitor email engagement.
  2. Monitor performance and help refine future email strategies.

E-Commerce & Store Support


  1. Coordinate with the e-commerce team to promote new products and specials via digital channels.
  2. Provide creative support for Celebrate Recovery Store visuals and product storytelling.

Event & Summit Support


  1. Contribute to the planning and marketing for the Celebrate Recovery Annual Summit and other key events.
  2. Assist with logistics, merchandise sales, and live promotions during events.

Qualifications


Required


  1. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and strong alignment with Christian values and our mission.
  2. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields (internships welcome).
  3. Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design (Canva preferred).
  4. Excellent written communication and light copywriting skills.
  5. EXTREMELY organized, deadline-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects effectively.

Preferred


  1. Previous experience in e-commerce, ministry, nonprofit, or church settings.
  2. Familiarity with email platforms like Active Campaign.
  3. Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, or Shopify/e-commerce tools.
  4. Familiarity with recovery ministry or Celebrate Recovery is a plus.
