The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities for Marketing Coordinator: - Trade Show Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show participation, including booth design, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for brochures, website, and social media platforms, including written copy, images, and videos. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence, creating and scheduling content, and engaging with followers.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and visually appealing. Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Photography/Videography: Capture and edit high-quality images and videos for use in marketing materials and social media.
- Brand Development: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent brand image.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, including product launches, customer appreciation events, and promotional activities.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, such as printers, photographers, and event
Experience for Marketing Coordinator: - BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, including graphic design, photography, and video.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
