Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Coordinator with strong design aesthetics and a proactive attitude to support our marketing initiatives, from concept to execution. The ideal candidate brings 5-15 years of relevant experience, with proven success in B2B product marketing, particularly in industrial or technical markets.
This person will play a key role in our clients brand presence, developing promotional content for product launches, managing digital platforms, supporting trade shows (notably OTC), and driving visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation
Develop and execute marketing campaigns for new product launches, from planning to asset creation and performance tracking. Create high-impact marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, presentations, catalogue and manuals. Design and update digital assets for the company's website and manage content updates. Take and edit photography and video content to support visual storytelling across platforms. Contribute to the production of a new institutional corporate video.
Digital & Social Media Management
Manage and schedule weekly social media posts using Hootsuite.
Monitor engagement and performance metrics for social platforms and provide monthly reports.
Support paid digital marketing initiatives and assist with email campaigns (e.g., Mass email newsletters).
Trade Show & Event Support
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and events, including OTC, the Quality show, etc.
Act as brand ambassador at events, engaging with customers, capturing photos, and supporting the event setup.
Graphic Design & Brand Management
Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools to produce high-quality designs.
Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand standards across all materials.
Review all content for design accuracy, grammar, and spelling before submission for final approval.
Internal Communication & Brand Culture
Support internal marketing initiatives such as employee spotlight videos, newsletters, and community outreach events.
Collaborate with team leads and stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with strategic business goals.
Corporate Responsibility
Collaborate with Human Resources team to find social responsibility opportunities such as the ones offered by the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce and coordinate the execution of them. Examples: Christmas Toy drive.
Support internal communication for informing and promoting the events and opportunity for clients employees to participate.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
5 to 15 years of professional marketing experience (ideal range: 7-10 years).
Proven experience in industrial/B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing, Oil & Gas, aerospace, or similar sectors.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (web design a plus).
Experience with website updates, photography, video editing, and design for print and digital.
Excellent attention to detail with strong grammar, proofreading, and layout skills.
Experience planning and managing trade shows and promotional events.
Preferred
Experience using Hootsuite or similar social media scheduling platforms.
Familiarity with email marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of programmatic advertising or industry-related digital publications.
Experience contributing to corporate videos or branded media campaigns.
