Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing & Content Manager and will play a key role in growing the business through its digital marketing, brand building, and sales support objectives.

This position is responsible for the development and execution of social media content across multiple platforms in accordance with the calendar set by the Marketing & Content Manager. The person in this role will have the opportunity to apply their own creative ideas to concepts provided, and drive engagement with our online audience. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing paid display campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and other tools, ensuring the media is accurate, budgets are met, and feedback/analytics are provided to the team for future iterations.

This position is also responsible for ensuring a positive customer and prospect experience through our Marketing team, including but not limited to client and prospect gift processing, managing customer survey responses, ensuring collateral is in stock or ordered, and owning the planning/management of on-site events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Marketing
  • Demonstrate ownership of our online brand and reputation across social platforms
  • Prepare copy and visual content (with assistance from the team as needed) to deploy in accordance with the calendar set by the Marketing Content Manager
  • Ensure a thorough and accurate proofing of all content before deployment
  • Proactively respond to comments and other engagements from our online audience
  • Seek opportunities to increase engagement across our platforms, and to experiment with new platforms/creative concepts/content mediums to determine what is most successful
  • Drive attendance at company events via marketing platforms and support the day-of execution of events while gathering content for use on social media
  • Coordinate, including scheduling, communication with registrants/attendees, and presentation management.
  • Partner with verticals to find featured projects for social media and obtain necessary approvals for use and prepare content to social channels.
Sales Support
  • Help with producing marketing collateral for the brand.
  • Manage the company store including appearance, inventory orders, and organizational initiatives.
  • Work with the fulfillment team to fulfill customers and prospect gifts.
  • Manage customers surveys process.
  • Work closely with the marketing department, and company-wide, to ensure every visitor to Strategic Factory events receives the best customer experience.
  • Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
  • BA degree preferred but not required
  • Prior business development experience is required
  • Prior experience in running a business' social media program is strongly preferred.
Computer Skills
  • Performing this job successfully requires an individual to have a solid understanding of computers, data entry within CRM systems, proficiency with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. and comfort using typical presentation tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Sprout Social, Constant Contact; Adobe Creative Suite proficiency preferred

$45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience
