Marketing Coordinator

Our offerings include early childhood programs, dynamic summer day camps, after-school programs, aquatics and fitness programs, multiple social adult day care groups, teen and children's programs as well as teen and Israel programs at 5 physical locations in Brooklyn.
As our Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting our online presence across multiple platforms. You'll collaborate with our robust team to bring our mission to life through eye-catching content, strategic campaigns, and meaningful engagement.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in a marketing-related field
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Skills:
- A sense of humor, responsibility, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (including but not limited to: Canva, Adobe, Microsoft Suite, CapCut) and social media platforms (i.e. Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with Jewish culture and traditions is preferred but not required.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Marketing Supervisor and other marketing staff to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for various programs focusing on children and youth.
- Assist in creating engaging content for various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and the Kings Bay Y/JCC Brooklyn website.
- Assist with special events
- Collaborate with program managers at various locations
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring consistency with Kings Bay Y/JCC Brooklyn branding guidelines.
- Support the development of program brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Engage with current and prospective families through regular communication and follow-ups, including but not limited to Facebook/Meta Messenger, Instagram DMs, emails.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure Kings Bay Y/JCC Brooklyn marketing remains innovative and effective.

Schedule/Location:
- Full-time position in person based in our Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn office
Salary:
- $55,000 to $70,000 commensurate with experience
