What You'll Do:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in all of our marketing efforts, from organizing local events to market visits across our territory, including off-premise tastings and bottle signings, large-scale whiskey festivals, helping create brand-led events at on-premise locations, and more. Be a part of developing our digital marketing strategy, while creating engaging content for social media and email marketing and engaging with our consumers in person and online.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion in key markets, while maintaining brand voice and aligning with national and regional initiatives.
- Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events and activations, managing all logistical elements-such as invitations, guest communication, branded signage, host coordination, and run-of-show scheduling-to deliver elevated, on-brand experiences that drive consumer engagement and awareness.
- Market Visit Planning: Support planning and execution of market visits by coordinating tastings, sales team engagement, on- and off-premise activations, and consumer-facing events-leveraging brand ambassadors to enhance storytelling, drive trial, and strengthen trade and consumer connections.
- Promotion: Utilize social media, email and partnerships to promote brand activities and events across key channels to drive consumer turnout, engagement, and product pull-through-leveraging localized marketing tactics, partner outreach, and digital amplification to ensure strong visibility and ROI.
- Social Media Management: Content creation, posting management, and engagement with brand fans, curious consumers and industry influencers
- Data: Pull data on social media performance to analyze the drivers of content success to influence future content and timing
- POS: Assist in the creation of point-of-sale and consumer giveaway items to drive brand awareness. Oversee vendor relationships, ordering and supply management.
- Fulfillment: Samples and POS for various marketing needs such as charity events, launches and award submissions
- Consumer Engagement: With our consumers in person and through social media and email outreach, taking a question and turning it into a brand fan through genuine engagement
- Digital Marketing Budget Management: social media advertising, giveaways, collaborations
- Photoshoots: Planning and execution for capturing campaign and evergreen brand content, such as building shot lists, sourcing props and branded materials, etc.
- Ideation: pitching ideas for brand building collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships as well as event participation or creation
- SEO/SEM: Manage SEO and SEM strategies, including Google Ads campaigns, to boost brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and support e-commerce performance-optimizing content and targeting to align with product launches and market priorities.
- Calendars: Maintain internal calendars for event bookings and external listing and promotion of upcoming events

- Business Acumen: A post can be more than a post and a response can be more than answering a question. We are looking for someone that sees the opportunity to build those interactions into something bigger with collaborations and creativity.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the spirits industry is preferred.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant event coordination and/or digital marketing experience
- Impeccable time management
- Must have a valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and be able to drive/travel through the designated market area.
- Willingness to work some nights and weekends, with occasional travel to LA, GA, KY, WI, and MN.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
- Must currently reside in the greater Nashville area and be able to work from the Nashville office 2-3 days a week.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (or analogous industry experience/skills)
