Job Description


Our client is looking to hire a CRM Marketing Specialist who will implement consumer and trade marketing initiatives that generate bookings for their cruise line, while positioning the brand distinctively in the luxury travel marketplace. This person will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive lead generation, prospecting, loyalty, and guest journey strategies. The position has creative authority, but must consult with manager on strategic design decisions. This role has authority to negotiate budget estimates with manager approving all estimates. Contacts are primarily with immediate supervisor, project leaders as well as those within North America and UK. In the role you will provide project management, creative development, and programming planning support. The role involves managing projects by gathering input from stakeholders, developing actionable strategies, maintaining workflows, and ensuring the accuracy of all project details. Responsibilities include establishing project schedules, resolving issues, managing project costs, and providing regular updates. The role also includes creative development, overseeing design, copy, layout, and image selection while ensuring alignment with brand standards. Additionally, the position supports program planning by analyzing past marketing efforts, proposing new strategies, researching promotional tactics, and collaborating with global teams to integrate marketing messages across various media channels.


Required Skills & Experience



• 3+ years experience in marketing communications project management, in either a corporate or agency setting.


• Proficient in the use of computer business applications, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications,


• Excellent interpersonal skills required for communication with management, clients, related departments, agencies, vendors, designers, and colleagues


• Requires the ability to analyze, negotiate, and present solutions to complex issues


• Copywriting/editing skills helpful


• Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines


Nice to Have Skills & Experience



• Experience in marketing of consumer services, travel or hospitality preferred; retail/promotional marketing experience helpful


Benefits and Compensation:

$30-35/hour


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
