Seasonal Marketing Coordinator
Expected dates of employment: May 1 through approx. Oct. 31, 2025
Rate of Pay: $15/hour + overtime eligible
Roles and Responsibilities The Memphis Redbirds are looking for a seasonal marketing coordinator to assist in all areas of marketing including digital marketing, social media, the planning and execution of promotions and theme nights, games and more. Individuals applying for this role should have the desire to work in a fast-paced, sports-centered environment and be a great teammate who is eager to help others and learn.
- Assist in writing copy for marketing emails, web pages, social media and other marketing materials.
- Perform general website maintenance activities including but not limited to editing and updating webpages, interstitials, the promotional calendar and more.
- Use campaign platform software to create and send Memphis Redbirds sales and service emails.
- Collaborate with Ticket Sales and Corporate Partnerships teams on any needed digital assets and ticket sales initiatives.
- Create and edit photos and graphics as needed to support promotional schedule, giveaways and ticket sales.
- Provide social media coverage on game days and community and corporate events.
- Work on game day promotion ideas and with game day promotion staff.
- Assist in tarp pulls and other duties with special events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills - General understanding of other Adobe Creative Cloud platforms.
- Maintain exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Understanding of the evolving nature of social media.
