Job Overview

Our team in the Americas is growing, and we're seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to amplify our brand presence through engaging in-store campaigns and unforgettable offline events. In this role, you'll support retail launches, manage signage and POP materials, and coordinate with mall partners to boost visibility. You'll also handle event logistics-from grand openings to pop-ups-while keeping marketing operations running smoothly behind the scenes. What You Will Achieve

In-Store Campaign Support

  • Assist in the execution of retail launch campaigns and brand marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across store environments.
  • Manage retail marketing calendars to drive the timely rollout of promotional and brand-aligned marketing activities.
  • Oversee the ordering and distribution of sign packs and Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials to maximize brand visibility and engagement at the store level. Lead the creation and ongoing updates of digital in-store signage to maintain fresh, relevant, and impactful messaging.
  • Collaborate with mall landlords to identify and leverage in-mall marketing opportunities, including digital displays and mall events

Offline Event Support

  • Manage logistics for grand openings and offline events, including mall communications, local advertising, and gift-with-purchase (GWP) coordination.
  • Provide administrative support for events, tradeshows, pop-ups, and commercial activations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Deliver on-the-ground support for local activations as needed, managing resources and maintaining alignment with overall marketing strategy and brand standards.
  • Author grand opening recaps. Summarize the key achievements, challenges, and learnings to inform future marketing strategies and improve event planning.

Additional Marketing Support

  • Coordinate closely with store operations to ensure seamless in-store execution of marketing campaigns, including staff alignment and readiness.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage administrative paperwork (such as COI's, the routing of materials for approvals). Ensure that all necessary documents are in place and processed in a timely manner to keep the marketing activities on track.
  • Support marketing and PR by Pack and distribute influencer and PR boxes

What You Will Need

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in agency, retail, or brand marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Able to shift responsibilities as needed and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software tools
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in taking initiative
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Able to work at a computer for extended periods.
  • Occasionally able to lift or move items up to 25 lbs.
  • Comfortable moving around a retail or office setting as needed.
  • Able to stay alert and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
