Marketing Coordinator

Los Angeles Hybrid Schedule (2 days onsite after training)

Law Firm Full-Time Non-Exempt

$41.20-43.95 hourly (7-hour workday)


We are partnering with a respected global law firm to find a Marketing Coordinator who will support the firm's marketing and business development efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in legal marketing, a collaborative mindset, and strong communication skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support RFPs, pitch decks, and proposals with tailored firm materials and experience highlights
  • Maintain and enhance marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and firm profiles
  • Draft and assist with submissions for legal awards, rankings, and directories (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500)
  • Coordinate firm-hosted and sponsored events: conferences, seminars, receptions, and webinars
  • Conduct and synthesize research on markets, industries, clients, and competitors
  • Field day-to-day marketing and BD support requests from attorneys and practice groups

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing/business development experience in an AM Law 200 firm
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Salesforce(CRM) and/or Pardot(marketing automation tools) is a plus
  • Excellent organization, writing, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion

Work Structure

  • Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote (5 days onsite during training)
  • Regular in-office presence required for collaboration, events, and training
  • Core hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility
