The position provides marketing and front desk administrative support for agents and staff. The Marketing & Front Desk coordinator supports the office's marketing initiatives, coordinates agent marketing needs and maintains a welcoming and professional front desk presence.

1. Marketing Duties (70%)
- Create and distribute marketing materials (flyers, postcards, brochures, social media graphics, etc.)
- Manage office social media accounts and content calendars
- Coordinate email campaigns, and announcements
- Maintain office website listings and promotional content
- Support agents with branding and marketing collateral
- Organize and promote open house and office events
- Track marketing metrics and engagement reports
- Collaborate with vendors for printing, signage, and branding materials
2. Front Desk / Reception Duties (30%)
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and route incoming calls, take messages when necessary
- Manage office email and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and common areas
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to agents and management
Performance Expectations- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.
- Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.

Qualifications Education:

Wage: $21.00 - $23.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
