Your Responsibilities as a Marketing Coordinator:
  • Support the Marketing Manager with daily activities and marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage all social media content; respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews.
  • Create and post photo galleries, before/after stories, blog posts, job stories, and case studies.
  • Write and post press releases and update website content as needed.
  • Visit job sites to capture photos, videos, and customer success stories.
  • Plan and coordinate home shows, including registration, payments, booth setup, and teardown.
  • Update and manage customer reviews and feedback, including responding to Google reviews.
  • Audit lead sources in i360 and correct inaccuracies.
  • Promote the referral program through weekly email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other team members on marketing projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

What You'll Need to Succeed as a Marketing Coordinator:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of intern or professional experience in marketing or communications.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with event planning is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn new software platforms.
Compensation:
  • Salary: $40,000 per year
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
