Position Description:
McCormick, a unique Pacific Northwest master-planned community located in Port Orchard, WA, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and manage community marketing-related activities as part of a collaborative team. This position will execute marketing programs for data analysis, promotion, advertising, and sales activities for the McCormick brand and community. This position is a part of MainStreet Property Group with nearly 60 years of experience in real estate & development and has completed numerous award-winning planned communities throughout the Puget Sound region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a community brand experience and ensure its delivery at every touchpoint. Most notable touchpoints include signage, builder relations, website, social media, and copy/creative writing.
- Lead marketing efforts in the categories below. Utilize tracking tools to evaluate marketing efforts and adjust as needed.
- Develop and deliver content for digital publications and platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for McCormick and MainStreet Property Group & affiliated properties.
- Gather inventory, shopper, and buyer data; produce reports.
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between the customer and the company and ensure a positive customer service experience for McCormick and MainStreet Property Group & affiliated properties.
- Develop and deliver copywriting for various channels including blog posts, press releases, and email marketing.
- Realtor survey efforts, utilizing findings to better relationships with outside (not onsite) sales agents in the area.
- Assist with integrated marketing campaigns, including strategic media placements, event planning, and management, paid media posts, and website content.
- Contribute to the annual McCormick marketing plan and budget.
- Coordinate and ensure cohesion with independent builder marketing teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior marketing experience
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent communication and creative writing/copywriting skills
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay Range:
$25.00-$31.00 per hour plus annual bonus potential

Work Location:
Hybrid role of in-office in Kirkland, WA, onsite at McCormick in Port Orchard, WA at least 2 times a month, & remote.
