LHH is seeking a
Marketing Coordinator specializing in
RFPs and proposals for a contract position with one of our clients in the Jacksonville area. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and experience working with
RFPs and proposals in a fast-paced environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing client-driven RFPs and collaborating with internal teams to develop
high-quality, strategic proposals that align with business objectives.
Responsibilities:- Review client-driven RFPs, extract key requirements, and develop tailored proposals using a content management system.
- Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met with precision.
- Collaborate closely with sales and account executives to align proposal content with client needs and business strategies.
- Assist in proposal writing, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with company messaging and standards.
- Coordinate necessary content revisions through the appropriate internal channels.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with RFPs in a sales/marketing capacity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, persuasive content.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PowerPoint experience is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Pay Details: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
This position is contract and hybrid in Jacksonville, Florida.
