Job Description
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the organization's market and geographic service areas, positioning the firm to excel in winning and closing work. You will perform marketing assignments according to established guidelines, using knowledge of the organization, processes, and procedures to develop solutions for non-standard situations. This role may include services related to proposals, interview strategy, client events, award submissions, client intelligence, and market research.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Plan and execute the development of information and materials for various marketing activities, such as Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interview presentations, in accordance with the firm's standards.
- Establish, communicate, and meet deadlines to ensure the timely completion of project pursuits.
- Conduct internal QA/QC reviews to maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all marketing information, analysis, and documentation.
- Gather, maintain, and analyze client intelligence information.
- Possess the ability to prepare and submit industry awards.

- A minimum of three years of related A/E industry experience.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Writing/Journalism, or a related major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products and Adobe InDesign.
