Position Description:
- Ideally, the candidate should have 3-5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in strategizing, deploying, and analyzing email campaigns (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus but not required).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, specifically in paid social and paid search channels such as Facebook, TikTok, and Google, with a focus on lead generation rather than display marketing.
- Experience in account services, including managing and collaborating with business partners.
- Familiarity with traditional media, such as outdoor advertising and radio, is a nice-to-have but not essential.

- Email, Paid Ads, Paid Search, Traditional
- 25% Client Services
- Account Management (working with internal clients getting them marketing collateral)
- Strong Project Management skills (client facing with the school)
- 25% Manage and review creative
- Working with agencies getting creative completed, running though compliance.
- Develops creative briefs and guides creative direction across all media channels.
Software/Tools:
- Workfront for PM tool (not required), Excel (at least 6 out of 10), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (not required)
Years of Experience Expectation:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field or equivalent years of experience
