Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are working with a long-term client who is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, B2B-focused marketing department.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting marketing initiatives and loyalty programs designed to drive contractor engagement and sales support. The ideal candidate has prior B2B marketing experience, strong administrative skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support and manage a contractor loyalty program, including reporting and maintaining marketplace items.

  • Process program rebates and gift card purchases.

  • Handle administrative tasks related to a consumer financing program, including contractor applications and bank communication.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to enhance program operations.

  • Provide support to outside sales and training teams by addressing marketing-related inquiries.

  • Assist with market research, reports, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Cross-train to respond to customer service inquiries via phone and email.

  • Manage HVAC Partner Program enrollments through a dedicated platform.

  • Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing or program coordination experience.

  • Strong customer service orientation and follow-through.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects under deadline pressure.

  • Ability to research, summarize, and present findings on various business topics.

Preferred


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.

  • Prior experience organizing and executing marketing programs.
