POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the entire marketing process. This includes but is not

limited to collaborating with other members of the Marketing Team to develop and implement marketing strategies

for our services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Contribute to team brainstorms and generate creative and innovative marketing ideas and to drive engagement, by staying updated on industry trends.
  • Coordinate details for marketing campaigns and promotions including deadlines, and creative deliverables ensuring all campaign needs are delivered in a timely fashion
  • Oversee Marketing Request Forms process for creative production; including arranging asset production to coordinating deliverables and fulfillment
  • Act as point person for external creative agency, managing workflow, adjusting based on priorities while maintaining on-going communication with internal and external teams
  • Capture and write weekly marketing meeting updates via
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to help manage the production of web and social media materials
  • Contribute perspective to media planning discussions and help coordinate deliverables for media plan execution
  • Support marketing teams in developing various communications tools and collateral including one-sheets, newsletters, presentations, etc.
  • Maintain open communication with supervisors
  • Assist with miscellaneous duties as necessary including, gathering materials, archiving campaigns, keeping premium inventory etc.
  • Assist with content creation for reports, presentations, media releases, flyers, and other sales & marketing collateral (both internal and external).
  • Work directly with the design team to ensure accurate completion of all tasks & requests.
  • Coordinate major campaigns and events in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team.
  • Assist in producing all webinars in collaboration with marketing team.
  • Assist in producing all Fracht Group content in collaboration with marketing team.
  • Generate ideas, conduct research, and obtain quotes for events, promotional items used in marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal shareholder teams to evaluate client needs through presentations, gifts and provide informative materials and designs to assist workflows.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • 0-1 year experience in Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other marketing software(s) programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva
  • Knowledge of CRM and Project management software
  • Drupal and website management experience is a plus.
  • Social media management experience is a plus
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple high priority requests
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Safely and successfully performs the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged period of time in office environment, desk setting
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone.
