We're growing - and we're looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Houston. YOUR ROLE: MARKETING COORDINATOR You'll support our growing marketing initiatives through thoughtful execution, organization, and creativity. Ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and is ready to level up their marketing career.
Key Responsibilities - Email Campaign Management: Execute campaigns across Mailchimp, SendOutCards, and Reply.io. Manage lists, create content, and schedule for optimal engagement.
- Marketing Automation Oversight: Monitor and optimize workflows, update contact records, and analyze data to improve campaign performance.
- Conference Coordination: Organize logistics, marketing collateral, booth setup, and lead capture strategies for industry events.
- Partner Onboarding Support: Coordinate internal timelines, tools, and materials for smooth onboarding of new broker partners.
- Client Communication: Serve as the first line of communication through live website chat. Provide helpful responses and escalate issues as needed.
- Web Content & SEO: Develop a content calendar, conduct SEO research, update blogs and webpages using Webflow, and coordinate with our developers via ClickUp.
- Social Media Coordination: Plan, publish and manage video content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook-including text and video posts in collaboration with appraisers.
- Marketing Reporting: Collect data and prepare monthly reports for leadership on campaign results, engagement, and marketing ROI.

Position RequirementsWHO WE'RE LOOKING FORRequired Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience supporting a marketing or advertising function-preferably in a professional services or financial services setting
- Strong planning and coordination skills with experience using project management tools like ClickUp, Miro, Asana, or Trello
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, Reply.io), CRM tools , and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Demonstrated ability to post and manage video and text content across social media platforms using tools such as Wistia or Vidyard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail
Bonus Points For - Experience with Webflow and website content editing
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush or Yoast)
- Previous experience working with appraisers, accountants, or B2B financial services
- Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia or similar)
