PAID MEDIA
Assist in the planning and execution of paid social marketing campaigns
Develop ad creative and copy for paid social marketing campaigns
Assist the marketing team with launching paid social campaigns - including asset trafficking, audience research, campaign and conversion tracking set up
Monitor campaign spend on a daily/weekly basis and recommend strategies to improve/enhance performance
Conduct and provide monthly performance reporting across all paid social channels
ORGANIC CONTENT
Be able to assist in designing social media content/posts (familiarity with Canva, a plus).
Assist in the creation (researching and writing blog posts) to be distributed across four brand websites. The ideal candidate will be a very strong and capable writer.
Assist in filming videos of lawyers / Assist on video shoots. The ideal candidate has an interest, knowledge, or experience in filming content.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
Must have a working knowledge of self-serve advertising platforms - specifically Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with graphic design tools including Canva to construct static assets for existing and future paid social campaigns.
Strong analytics skills. Able to collect and analyze data for trends and insights, and recommend substantive changes to improve campaign performance.
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier is preferred.
Have writing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Has a positive attitude and can-do approach to executing work.
Experience
Hands on keyboard campaign execution - Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads (required)
Canva or other graphic design experience (Desirable)
Lead generation campaign execution (preferred)
Fundamental understanding of legal marketing (desirable)
