Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator at Dress BLANK located in Freehold, NJ. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for communication, sales support, event planning, writing, and project management on a daily basis.
Qualifications
SEO Strategy & Execution:
- Oversee and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Manage keyword research, site audits, backlink strategy, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all written and multimedia content.
Digital Marketing Oversight:
- Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), social media strategy, email marketing, and influencer collaborations.
- Analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) to refine digital campaigns.
Content Strategy:
- Drive the editorial calendar and ensure content is aligned with SEO goals and brand voice.
- Develop campaigns that balance creativity with performance.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketers, designers, and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Brand Development: Maintain a consistent brand message across all platforms and campaigns.
Budget Management: Allocate marketing budget effectively and track ROI for various initiatives.
- Market & Customer Insights: Conduct regular research to stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor positioning.
