Gentera is seeking a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives across our divisions-Precision Medicine, Plastic Surgery, Aesthetics, and Orthopedics. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of marketing experience, a strong eye for storytelling and branding, and a passion for wellness and innovation.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to support multi-channel campaigns including email, SMS, paid digital (Meta + Google), social media, and traditional marketing. Experience in CapCut, Meta Ads, and Google Adsis a major plus.
What You'll Do:
- Create and edit content for social, email, and paid campaigns (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
- Assist in managing Meta & Google Ads and tracking campaign performance
- Support marketing calendar across email, SMS, social, and events
- Proofread and ensure all content meets brand and compliance standards
- Collaborate on influencer marketing and internal promotions
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years in marketing, preferably in wellness, medical aesthetics, or clinical settings
- Experience with CapCut, social media management, and content creation
- Familiarity with Meta/Google Ads, Mailchimp, Shopify, or Klaviyo
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Journalism
- Highly organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects
