About the Role The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives that support business growth and lead generation. What You'll Be Doing As the Marketing Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.
- Lead SEO efforts to increase search visibility and drive high-quality leads.
- Enhance and maintain the company website to ensure seamless user experience, content accuracy, and optimal technical performance.
- Develop case studies, whitepapers, and social media content to position the company as an industry leader.
- Collaborate with external agencies to produce graphics and video content.
- Manage and schedule posts across all social media channels and platforms.
- Implement and manage marketing automation campaigns and workflows (e.g., HubSpot or Pardot).
- Track and optimize key performance metrics such as lead quality and conversion rates.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, sponsorships, and PR activities (e.g., media coverage, speaking engagements).
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI to make data-driven decisions.
- Report on website traffic, lead conversions, and ad performance regularly.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client or company information.
What You'll Bring to the Team We are looking for a results-oriented and creative marketing professional with the following qualifications:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the electronic security, technology, or related industries.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO best practices, and CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).
