Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports the company's marketing, sales and product efforts by coordinating and implementing a variety of projects including, but not limited to: website projects, dealer and consumer communications, administrating programs and promotions, social media management, digital advertising, assisting with presentation materials and planning meetings, etc. and supports the Director of Product Management and Marketing, Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer in various other marketing related projects.

Essential Job Functions
  • Assists in major events such as annual dealer meeting/open house, photoshoots, boat shows, press events, training seminars, sales meetings, consumer events, video shoots,
  • Promotes brand voice and new product offerings through website updates, social media campaigns, email marketing promotions, events, etc.
  • Responsible for the company's social media footprint, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., by monitoring feedback and consumer engagement, developing topic calendars, and posting regularly.
  • Regularly creates social media content, including but not limited to photo and video content and copy.
  • Coordinates marketing materials for dealer meetings/open house, colorboards, prospective dealer tools, brochures, product guides, and internal presentations for various meetings.
  • Works with Digital Team to coordinate model updates on brand websites, such as image and copy.
  • Assists with Dealer Portal and Build-A-Boat updates. Such projects require cross-functional interaction with internal team members and dealers, as well as a clear understanding of product nuances through the use of the company's content and administrative systems.
  • Tracks and reports information for events, social media analytics, survey results, and other marketing results, etc.
  • Manage dealer asset management system, including naming, tagging, and uploading assets as needed.
  • Gathers and feeds information to internal and external partners such as dealers, sales managers, boating magazines, marketing partners, marine product portal websites, advertising partners, etc.
  • Responsible for sending the company's dealer communications and creating briefs for consumer communications/promotions.
  • Assists as needed in all marketing functions, including marketing materials development, dealer tools development, promotions, and various administrative functions.
  • Assists with the coordination of product and lifestyle photography during photoshoot planning.
  • Assists with managing the Marketing Summer Associates

  • Bachelors Degree in related field and minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience
Other Skills/Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ability to create and maintain databases, presentations, and work flow diagrams
  • Familiarity and ability to use Adobe Creative Suite products

  • Safety glasses and safety shoes when in production areas
