Sonar Spark is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a key role in organizing marketing activities, ensuring the smooth execution of strategies, and helping drive project success across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and projects from concept to completion
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and reports
  • Support cross-functional communication between teams to maintain consistency in branding and messaging
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning
  • Manage schedules, timelines, and resources for ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and assist in reporting key metrics
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and documentation
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, )
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
