Marketing Coordinator

Location: Denver, Colorado or MinneapolisJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $28.50 - 31.00 per hourOur client in the Energy/Utilities industry is looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to join their Trade Marketing team. This role will provide direct support to five Trade Channel Managers, assisting with a variety of marketing coordination, communication, and project management tasks. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong communication skills, comfort working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, and a solid foundation in marketing and administrative support. This role requires the candidate to be onsite in Denver OR Minneapolis 3 days per week. Responsibilities:

Serve as a point of contact for email communication and coordination on behalf of the trade marketing team.

Update and maintain content on the company website.

Assist in the development of marketing collateral and communication materials.

Coordinate logistics and scheduling for trainings and meetings.

Support trade managers with administrative tasks and project follow-ups.

Contribute to ongoing marketing communications efforts.

Track and manage progress across trade marketing initiatives and campaigns.

Maintain documentation and process alignment to ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, Business or related field).

1+ years of experience in a marketing or marketing communications role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Skills:

Analytical and data-driven mindset.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
