Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Writes and produces internal and external communication pieces to include: newsletters, press releases, direct mail pieces, sales scripts, senior management communication pieces, brochures, email broadcast and website content.
- Sources and maintains art and content for sales materials including brochures, outdoor advertising, in branch advertising, website and other collateral materials. Ensures that all marketing materials comply with State and Federal regulations and rules.
- Manages and maintains credit union presence on Internet and other digital applications.
- Generates e mail newsletters, online promotions, micro sites, landing pages and new web pages. Makes recommendations on navigation, content and lead capture opportunities.
- Conducts routine maintenance and updates of website. Develops and implements social media strategy. Monitors and reports results of all on-line programs.
- Helps to manage organizational, parish, school and community relationships; coordinates the credit union's community relationship-building efforts such as the Annual Meeting, member appreciation events, financial seminars, surveys, and more. Attends such events even when outside of usual work hours.
- Assists Marketing Manager in concept and coordination of various communications and marketing activities.
- Analyzes marketing ROI for each promotion. Assists in creating reports and metrics as necessary.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, Knowledge: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business or equivalent
Experience : 1 to 2 years of experience in a same or similar role; experience managing website content management system, social media platforms, and dashboards. Experience using email marketing and marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of Google platforms and design programs such as Adobe a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Self-starter who can accomplish tasks with minimal supervision; excellent communication and organizational skills; demonstrated problem solving abilities; passionate about serving the Catholic community.
