About the role:

As a Workplace Experience Coordinator on TQL's Marketing team, your primary responsibility is to ensure that employees and guests feel welcome and have a positive impression of TQL culture and property presentation. You will provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact at our headquarters, maintaining a pleasant demeanor and professional appearance. Additionally, you will assist with various projects from start to finish for our core constituents-recruits, customers, carriers and employees-while promoting and maintaining the TQL brand nationwide.

What you'll be doing:
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while greeting clients and vendors
  • Manage visitor and employee badges, including logging visitor entries, issuing, and tracking temporary badges, and replacing broken badges
  • Manage and execute routine internal communications and team inbox
  • Act in an administrative capacity to maintain and manage marketing documents, files, schedules, and organizational documents
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs of HQ campus, identifying and addressing opportunities for improvement, communicating with other departments when necessary, and following projects through to completion.
  • Serve as support to marketing leadership on specific projects as needed
  • Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude, providing high-quality work while maintaining a proactive and professional image to all customer groups
  • Act as an ambassador for TQL's Winning Principles at all times
What you need:
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in a corporate setting or relevant internships
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High energy with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multitasking, fast paced environment
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Solve problems and approaching challenges with a critical thinking mindset
